Hörmann North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, CA to pull, pack, and ship orders, receive and distribute products within the Sales Center, and coordinate with customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Follow established safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or pickup.
• Organize and prioritize shipments for various carriers and job sites, staging orders for easy loading and verification.
• Read and process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions.
• Assist in shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
• Load trucks safely and ensure products arrive in good condition.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
