Grifols, located in Clayton, NC, seeks an Instrumentation Technician to perform routine calibration and repair of plant instrument standards. The role includes documenting activities in the CMMS, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include conducting hazard analyses, following SOPs and P&IDs, and aiding in installation or startup of new and existing instruments. A technical degree and relevant experience are preferred by Grifols.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Experience in calibration and maintenance of instrumentation is required.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety standards is essential.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate instrument standards and control elements (electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, pressure, level, flow).
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on instrument standards.
• Document work activity using the CMMS system.
• Provide detailed calibration documentation of all activities.
• Issue and complete job hazard analyses and safe work permits as needed.
• Adhere to cGMP, safety and environmental requirements.
• Follow SOPs, P&IDs, and equipment manuals for tasks.
• Maintain training curriculum requirements.
• Assist with modification, installation and startup of instrument standards.
