Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical trades, or utility equipment operation; a technical Associate’s degree may replace experience.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience or direct related education/experience may be considered in place of stated requirements.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate instrument standards and control elements (electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, temperature, pressure, level, flow, weight).
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on instrument standards.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work activity.
• Provide detailed documentation of calibration, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Issue or complete job hazard analysis and safe work permits (hot work, confined spaces, hazardous atmospheres).
• Follow cGMP, Safety and Environmental requirements and SOPs.
