Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, production machinery, or electrical/control systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, machine drawings, and OEM documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting OEM manuals and electrical/control related documentation.
• Proficient use of a multimeter and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical/control issues.
• Willingness to document repairs, findings, and follow-up needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and control-related issues on production equipment.
• Diagnose PLC inputs/outputs, sensors, relays, contactors, safety circuits, and motor drives.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, machine drawings, and OEM documentation.
• Support drives (VFDs/servo drives), motor controls, and related control circuits.
• Assist PLC troubleshooting and program-related diagnostics when needed.
• Document repairs and follow-up needs clearly.
• Work with maintenance and production leadership to resolve issues.
