Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
• Ensure proper storage and accessibility of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory control systems to keep stock levels adequate.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to meet supply needs.
• Coordinate disposal of surplus equipment per policies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe warehouse.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in budgeting for warehouse operations.
