Qualifications

• Must be 20 years old with a valid Michigan driver's license.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI required on hire.
• CRT-First Aid - AHA (with 180 Days) required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC 180 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains highly visible foot and vehicle patrols to deter incidents and protect property.
• Documents incident reports in a thorough, factual and timely manner.
• Provides directions, escorts, and access control for secured areas; assists patients, visitors and staff as needed.
• Communicates with patients, visitors, and health care teams; relays information as required.
• Manages verbal/physical conflicts using de-escalation and appropriate force options.
• Responds to emergencies and safety hazards and coordinates with the health care team.
• Completes ongoing training and maintains licensure and certifications.
