Qualifications

• Pharmacy licensure/credentials required to practice as a pharmacist.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and medication-safety focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Experience or capability with order review, clinical interventions, and medication reconciliation.
• Knowledge of sterile compounding practices and regulatory compliance.
