Qualifications

- Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
- BLS certification.
- ALS/ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and integrated pharmacy services.
- Participate in all necessary aspects of the medication-use system.
- Support centralized and decentralized medication-use systems.
