Job summary

Mercy Audiology at the Main Mercy Campus in St. Louis is seeking a compassionate Hearing/Audiology Technician to support audiologists and front‑office workflows.

You will assist with evaluations, patient prep, and routine testing while ensuring a positive patient experience for adults and occasional pediatric patients. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent college coursework is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist audiologists with patient care activities and testing.
• Prepare patients for hearing assessments and gather medical history.

• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality patient care.
