Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Materials Management professional to support clinical and non-clinical supply operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role focuses on receiving, ordering, stock replenishment, and distribution to ensure continuous availability of supplies for department operations. Responsibilities include accurate data entry into ERP systems, cycle counting, and collaboration with Supply Chain leadership to optimize par levels and address

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent or 5 years in Inventory, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 1 year in a supply chain inventory or distribution role (preferred).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Knowledge of health care supply chain management (preferred).
  • Electric Pallet Jack Training Certification (preferred).
  • Current and valid Arizona Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Place routine and ad hoc supply orders and stock supplies to all locations according to clinical priorities and policies.
  • Receive shipments into ERP and verify units of measure and dispensing units; resolve issues from damaged or back-ordered items.
  • Maintain inventory records in eStock, Lawson, or similar systems; participate in regular cycle counts for accuracy.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency; adjust par levels and address slow-moving items.
  • Replenish code carts, mother carts, and airway bags; troubleshoot shortages and report impacts to leadership.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as requested.
