Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a premier healthcare campus. In this role you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair building systems to keep the facility safe, comfortable, and fully operational.

You’ll work with an experienced facilities team on a Monday–Friday day shift, contributing to reliable operations and client satisfaction. You’ll participate in an on-call rotation to assist during emergencies and will be empowered to

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks as needed.
Ability to follow standard work routines and communicate clearly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
Diagnose problems, conduct inspections, and perform repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders and track completion with maintenance systems.
Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
