Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Warehouse Attendant for the Pfizer location at 558 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with duties involving receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and inventory control.

The candidate will have warehouse experience, including receiving processes and PIV operations, to support production and shipping workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with receiving and inventory control.
• PIV operatoring experience is required.
• Fluent availability for full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials on racks, shelves and bins according to size, type, color or product code.
• Fills requisitions and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assembles customer orders and places orders on pallets for packing or shipping.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Records amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures proper presentation and temperatures per HACCP.
