Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a customer fulfillment associate in the United States. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately while delivering top-quality service and guiding customers to the right associates.

You will operate powered equipment, maintain safety standards, support inventory accuracy, and complete administrative tasks. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and routing to the right associate.
• Operate powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete admin tasks, audits, and readiness duties, reporting concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
