Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for an on-site fulfillment/retail associate in North Carolina. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining safe staging areas.

You will provide excellent service, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates. Certification on powered equipment is required and must be kept up to date.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
