Job summary

You will maintain clean, organized staging areas and ensure timely delivery of quality items while assisting customers and guiding them to the right associates. The role requires basic computer and retail tech experience, and mandates certification for powered equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required (or obtained).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates when needed.
• Maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using store apps and processes, collaborate with leadership to resolve stock issues.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and follow-ups while reporting safety or theft concerns.
