Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull and prepare outbound orders and manage inventory. You will operate a stand-up forklift, scan orders with RF devices, and work closely with the team to keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

Attention to detail and dependability are essential as you lift up to 50 lbs, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and follow safety protocols. This schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to PPE requirements.
