Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in the United States. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, building and transporting pallets, and using RF devices to process orders. You will receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Adherence to PPE and safety rules is required. Starting at $20/hr with experience, the pay range is disclosed as $17.41–$26.11 per hour with monthly vs hourly display rules noted

Qualifications

• 3–5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage, including harnesses up to 400 lbs.
