Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an entry-level Forklift Operator for a 12-month contract in Covington, GA. You will operate stand-up forklifts, assist with shipping/receiving, and use RF scanners to track materials.

This role offers 40 hours per week, with day shift hours and a pay range of $16–$20 per hour. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 0–1 year warehouse experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year warehouse experience or related training.
• RF Scanner knowledge helpful but not required.
• Licenses/training as needed.
• Basic skills in analytical methods or operational processes (material handling, logistics, manufacturing).
• Effective communication skills understandable by coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents and perform basic math.
• Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and products within plant or warehouse.
• Maintain records and perform routine tasks following SOPs or scientific methods.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and work under general to limited supervision.
