Job summary

Custom Building Products in Frankfort, IN is seeking an experienced forklift operator for 1st shift, Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. You will help ship and receive products, following safety protocols and working with Production and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider; driving test will be given at interview.
• Ready to lift up to 50 pounds; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receiving products timely.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
