Job summary

Pratt Industries in Springfield, OH, is seeking a Forklift Operator for full-time 1st shift, Monday through Friday with overtime and some weekends as needed. You will safely operate and care for the forklift and help move stock and finished goods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to deliver stock and move finished goods.
• Complete and file forklift inspection form at shift start; report repairs as needed.
• Maintain neat, safe stacks of stock in storage areas.
• Complete reporting accurately and timely.
• Track stock locations using computer inventory system.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest optimizations to meet cost, quality, delivery, and service goals.
• Follow all company policies and maintain good housekeeping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
