Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, TX. The role operates on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM), handling forklifts, loading/unloading, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced facility. You will follow GMPs and SOPs, with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

The position requires 1+ year warehouse experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits and a structured onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Able to work around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Overtime flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team on prioritizing tasks and workflow.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
