Job summary

Gourmet Foods International is seeking a Forklift Operator in Kenosha, WI to safely move product in a cold warehouse. You will load/unload, stock, pick/pack orders, and maintain accurate inventory while following strict safety procedures.

The role demands attention to detail and ability to work in multi-temperature environments, with shifts Monday through Friday and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up/sit-down/reach forklifts and other equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and containers, receive and stock products.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Use RF scanning to track movements and complete transactions.
• Follow food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
• Support inventory and warehouse operations as needed.
