Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator based in LakeLand, FL. The Day shift runs from 7am to 7pm with a pay rate of $21.25 per hour. The role supports production lines by moving materials, stacking finished goods, and maintaining accurate records.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should have at least 1 year of forklift experience and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Must work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide good customer service.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product and materials.
• Stack, transport, and store goods; support production lines with material flow.
• Complete line driver reports with accurate locations and quantities.
• Assist production staff during breaks and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies; participate in inventory tasks.
