Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months prior experience in quality control or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production CCPs and record data.
• Perform data entry into QC software and maintain documentation.
• Verify labeling, ingredients, and lot traceability.
• Support sanitation and daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs in all production areas.
