Simmons Foods, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level role on our production line in Siloam Springs, AR. You will rotate through packer, scaler, styler and grader positions, maintain line speeds, and adapt to product-specific rates.

You will work on a moving conveyor, pack by hand and with packaging machines, inspect and remove product that fails to meet standards, and cooperate with the team to uphold BEST practices. Veterans are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to work on a fast-moving production line.
• Team-oriented with willingness to follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Spread product on a fast-moving conveyor belt by hand.
• Perform packing by hand and with a packaging machine.
• Inspect, grade, and remove product that does not meet standards.
