Job summary

United States Sugar Corporation is seeking a diligent team member to maintain sanitary, food-grade production environments and support continuous manufacturing processes. This role entails operating and maintaining multiple handling and packaging systems, while following CGMP, safety protocols, and training requirements.

The position requires reading and speaking English, 18+ years age, and passing pre-employment screenings including a drug test. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Must pass company tests measuring basic job skills and aptitude.
• Must be 18+ with a good work record.
• Physically capable of performing essential functions.
• Must read, write and speak English to understand instructions and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bailer, forklift, yard dog, dump truck, MRS, front-end loader, and automated wrapper as necessary.
• Inspect and clean product areas before and after loading or packaging to ensure product quality.
• Learn and implement CGMP and safety practices.
• Operate touch-screen equipment, computers, printers, scanners and other supply chain technology.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with regulations related to health, safety and operations.
