Job summary

Pilgrim's is hiring a Security Guard for day shift at our Georgia plant. You will monitor activity, inspect facilities, control access, and support security operations to protect people and assets.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and good communication. A High School diploma or GED and prior security experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant activity and facility operations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct hourly facility rounds, including checks of trailers and gate security.
• Verify parking permits and authorize facility access as required.
• Check trailers, visitors, and vendors in and out of the facility.
• Receive shipments and assist with inquiries as needed.
• Follow and enforce all security policies and procedures.
