Job summary

Tessera seeks a hardworking Custodian in Great Falls, MT (Malmstrom AFB) to join our facilities team. This full-time role offers a stable schedule 8:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.

You will perform cleaning, janitorial tasks, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and preventive maintenance while following safety guidelines. A high school diploma and 0–3 years of experience are preferred; applicants must qualify for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 0 - 3 years of previous custodian or janitorial experience preferred.
• Combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follow all industrial safety guidelines, apply required safety training, and actively promote a safe and compliant workplace at all worksites.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and replenish supplies in accordance with contract standards and cross-contamination procedures.
• Sweep, wet mop, dry mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, high-traffic areas, door entries, stairwells, and building entrances and exits according to established schedules and contract requirements.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables from lunchrooms, break areas, restrooms, shower and locker areas, and office spaces in compliance with contract standards and schedules.
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies daily to ensure adequate availability.
