Job summary

Tessera is seeking a Custodian in Great Falls, Montana (Malmstrom Air Force Base) for a full-time, daytime shift (8:00 am – 3:30 pm, Mon–Fri). The role includes cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, waste removal, and maintaining a safe work environment at a federal installation. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED, with 0–3 years of janitorial experience preferred. State driver’s license is preferred and security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 0 – 3 years of previous custodian or janitorial experience preferred
• Combination of experience and education will be considered

Responsibilities

• Follow all industrial safety guidelines and maintain a safe, clean workplace at all times
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and restock janitorial items daily
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust offices and common areas according to schedules and contract requirements
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables, ensure proper waste handling
• Secure and lock facilities after cleaning tasks and report maintenance needs
