RTX is seeking a Facilities Operator to perform a range of maintenance and laborer duties onsite in Woburn, MA. The role involves groundskeeping, equipment setup, and basic millwright tasks, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
The position requires at least 2 years of trades training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Performs a variety of duties requiring general maintenance and laborer skills to service buildings, equipment and grounds. Works well in a team atmosphere. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
1st shift - 6:00am – 2:30pm - Woburn, MA. This position is an onsite role.

The hourly rate for this role is $32.77. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
