Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Facilities Engineering Supervisor to lead daily operations within Plant Operations at Blount Memorial Hospital. You will supervise maintenance staff, assign preventative and corrective work, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with the Engineering Manager, manage budgets, training, and documentation, and respond to emergencies to keep hospital facilities safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Post-high-school education or technical certificate program.
• Three (3) years of leadership and general maintenance experience in buildings/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily performance of Facilities Engineering staff.
• Assign preventative, urgent, corrective, and routine repairs on assigned equipment or area.
• Ensure all work is completed timely and meets quality guidelines; maintain safety and records.
• Coordinate with Manager; plan budget, training, and personnel development; enforce policies.
