Aufgaben

• Provide basic EMT care within scope of practice.
• Assess and monitor patients during transport.
• Assist with patient movement, lifting, transfers, loading and unloading.
• Respond to emergency calls and transportation requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, facilities, dispatchers and medical staff.
• Perform vehicle and equipment checks to ensure readiness and safety.
• Follow medical protocols, company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy requirements.
• Monitor patient needs and communicate changes in condition.
• Complete shift handovers with relevant information for the next staff.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate approach when caring for patients.
