Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls during day shifts.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care per state regulations and protocols.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and ensure timely documentation.
• Safely operate the ambulance while following traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain readiness of the assigned unit, including cleaning and restocking.
• Coordinate with dispatch, hospitals, and healthcare staff for timely handoffs.
• Assist patients with safe loading/unloading and movement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards, compliance, and procedures.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and situational awareness on shift.
• Maintain courteous and compassionate interactions with patients and staff.
