Job summary

Campbell's in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrician Technician to maintain electrical and automation systems in a food manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and optimize equipment to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requires 5–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance, proficiency with CMMS, and ability to work nights. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEC/NFPA).
• Strong computer skills; experience with CMMS.
• Ability to document maintenance activities and work orders clearly.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Diagnose and repair power distribution systems and automation hardware.
• Calibrate, configure, and maintain instrumentation and transmitters.
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs using CMMS.
• Contribute to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
