Job summary

Eurofins Genomics in Louisville, KY is seeking a DNA Purification Technician I/II to join our oligonucleotide manufacturing team. You'll be assigned to one shift as your regular, ongoing schedule — no rotating shifts.

You will assist with purification and post-purification workflows, including post-synthesis processing, HPLC purification, desalting, and formulation of oligonucleotide products, while using LIMS for orders and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a life sciences field.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-synthesis processing including cleavage, deprotection, drying and formulation of oligonucleotide products.
• Conduct oligonucleotide purification steps (HPLC purification, PAGE, desalting).
• Follow purification/work instructions and complete batch records accurately.
• Prepare buffers and laboratory solutions; maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S).
• Use LIMS for daily tasks, ordering, and documentation; monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
