Job summary

Leupold & Stevens, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist 1 for a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Beaverton, Oregon. The base pay is $20.00 per hour.

The role involves routine material handling, shipping, receiving, and distribution tasks to support production and order fulfillment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of FIFO, attention to detail, and the ability to work with warehouse software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of material replenishment pull systems.
• Basic math skills including alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to support transfer and sub-transfer activity using FIFO practices.
• Ability to cross-train on material handling tasks and equipment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet quality standards.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customer service.
• Willingness to align with Leupold & Stevens core values.
• Ability to use company software and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine material handling: picking, counting, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• Transports materials to/from work areas and stores them in designated locations.
• Receives, verifies, and routes incoming shipments.
• Verifies quantity and condition of materials and documents appropriately.
• Inspects and reports shortages or errors to the lead.
• Packages, weighs, labels, and prepares materials for shipping.
• Operates area-specific equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
