Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility at our Defense Intelligence Agency location in Washington, D.C. You will operate the dish machine, follow Southern Standards for cleaning, and assist with basic foodservice tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, clean and wash dishes and utensils.
• Sort and replenish silverware, china, glassware, and smallwares.
• Operate dish machine efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining facilities.
• Follow MSDS safety protocols and Southern standards.
