Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety knowledge essential.
• Pacemaker programming experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; BLS within 14 days of hire.
• National Certification; CCSD, IBHRE or CRAT within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform interrogations of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
• Monitor, write reports, and manage remote interrogations.
• Identify critical device/patient issues and inform the provider.
• Assist cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain systems, equipment, and supplies; ensure safety and compliance.
