Ardent Health Services is seeking a Device Clinician for day shift in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves performing interrogations of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators, monitoring and reporting on remote interrogations, and supporting cardiology procedures in a high-standard, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of anatomy and radiation safety, pacemaker programming experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a variety of software applications programs.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures.
• Pacemaker programming experience.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification as required.

Responsabilités

• Interrogate pacemakers and ICDs.
• Monitor, write reports, and manage remote patient interrogations.
• Identify critical device or patient issues and communicate with providers.
• Assist cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain and monitor systems, equipment, and supplies for the department.
• Adhere to policies and regulations to ensure patient safety.
