The position emphasizes professional communication, adherence to company policies, and reliable attendance on Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use
• May be required to have a valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Follow all protocols and company procedures
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Shifts: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
