Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment.
• Prioritize tasks to address immediate needs while minimizing disruption to school activities.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including floors, carpets, restrooms, furniture, windows, fixtures, and trash removal.
• Assist with event setup/cleanup, deliveries, and moving furnishings or equipment.
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Support building security by monitoring facilities, assisting visitors, and responding to community use.
• Provide seasonal support, including snow/ice removal and grounds care.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and biohazard materials.
• Maintain effective document and records management systems in compliance with district policies.
