Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, maintain daily upkeep, and follow all safety rules and procedures.

The position runs 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. Education is not strictly required; 3–6 months training or experience is preferred, along with strong reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; training 3–6 months or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks.
