The University of Virginia’s Facilities Management is hiring a Custodial Services Supervisor in Charlottesville, VA. You will supervise a team of 10–15 custodians across Academic and Health System areas, develop schedules, provide training, and ensure high-quality, safe cleaning services.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with a hiring range of $25.00–$29.00 per hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Prior supervisory experience in commercial custodial work is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Two years of experience.
• Licensure/ Certifications: Valid Driver’s License required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement custodial work schedules for assigned areas. Maintain written records of work scheduled and completed.
• Supervise members of custodial team and provide them with frequent and constructive feedback.
• Ensure all required custodial projects are completed in a timely, professional manner.
