Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
• Annual 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified in NJ.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon in sterile field per AORN Standards.
• Perform scrub duties across varied procedures.
• Ensure availability of sterile supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Assist with circulating duties under RN supervision.
• Adhere to hospital, state, and departmental policies.
