Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, seeks skilled Crane Operators for our High Point, NC manufacturing shop on first shift. You will operate overhead cranes to move materials, perform safety checks, and coordinate lifts with the team to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid crane operator certification or license required.
• Proven crane operator experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of load charts and rigging techniques.
• Ability to interpret load charts and rigging diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes (overhead and other types) to lift and position materials and components.
• Perform pre-operational crane checks and ensure safety compliance.
• Interpret load charts and rigging diagrams for lift planning.
• Coordinate with supervisors, riggers, and team for safe lifting operations.
• Inspect lifting attachments and rigging gear for defects before lifts.
• Monitor crane operations for safe, precise movement of loads.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of cranes and related equipment.
• Participate in training programs to improve crane operation and safety.
