Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate all machines in the Compressed Yeast Department to meet production needs.
• Perform sanitation on equipment and facilities.
• Monitor quality assurance controls during production (weight checks, date verifications).
• Record and maintain accurate process data.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist in repairs.
• Cover shifts and overtime as needed.
