Clark-Reliance is seeking a CNC Set-Up/Operator in Strongsville, Ohio. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce parts per specifications. Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of machining experience and a CNC certificate is preferred. The position reports to the Machining Supervisor and offers benefits and a structured work environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of machining experience.
• Ability to read simple blueprints and technical specifications.
• CNC certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment under supervision.
• Select cutting tools and speeds/feeds per programming documents.
• Inspect parts and perform quality checks (e.g., SPC).
• Maintain equipment with routine preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
