Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator for a 3-month contract in Cleveland, OH. You will set up and run CNC equipment, inspect parts, and document production steps in a team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC experience, strong measurement skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Evening shift, weekdays, with potential extension or hire based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 6 months of CNC machine operation experience.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Intermediate computer and math skills.
• Ability to accurately measure parts and follow work orders, drawings, and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to work orders, drawings, and production requirements.
• Load parts, cycle machines through production runs, and monitor equipment for malfunctions or worn tooling.
• Deburr, de-gate, polish, package, and move completed parts according to established router steps.
• Inspect parts for quality, minimize scrap, and ensure finished production meets customer specifications and deadlines.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and communicate with team members regarding production runs and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following 5S standards, safety procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
