Qualifications

• 3–12 months CNC or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining or mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Experience using basic measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and mechanical manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings when applicable.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures to verify dimensions.
