Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented CNC/SMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. You will load materials, operate CNC/router and mold press equipment, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety standards.

The role requires training on 1st/2nd shift, a commitment to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while maintaining productivity. OT may be required on weekends with a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery and reading blueprints or manufacturing drawings.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, record production data and troubleshoot basic issues.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials up to 45 lbs into CNC/router and mold press equipment.
• Set up and operate production machines following procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Record production data including good and scrap parts.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects for escalation.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and productivity standards.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
